How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?

Simply place your order on our website and choose Cash on Delivery at checkout. No payment is needed upfront. When our courier delivers your order to your door, you pay in cash — that’s it. You only pay when your order is physically in your hands.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days to all regions across the Philippines. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Which devices are compatible with BIT cables?

BIT MagCharge™ Pro works with USB-C devices, iPhones (Lightning), and Micro-USB devices — including smartphones, tablets, laptops, earbuds, and power banks.

BIT MagCoil™ and BIT KeyCharge™ use USB-C to USB-C, compatible with all modern USB-C devices.

How do I request a refund?

Email us at contact@shopbitcharge.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a short description of the issue, along with photos or a short video showing the problem. We’ll review your request within 24–48 hours and process approved refunds promptly.

How long are the cables?

BIT MagCharge™ Pro is available in 1m and 1.8m lengths — perfect for desk or bedside use.

BIT MagCoil™ is 1.2m and auto-coils when not in use.

BIT KeyCharge™ is 13cm — compact enough to attach to your keychain and carry everywhere.

How fast do BIT cables charge?

All BIT cables support up to 240W fast charging — the highest standard currently available for consumer cables. Actual charging speed depends on your device and power adapter. For maximum speed, use a 65W+ GaN charger.

Do you ship outside the Philippines?

We currently ship to all regions across the Philippines — Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao — with free delivery on every order. International shipping is coming soon. Follow our Facebook Page for updates.

What colors does BIT KeyCharge™ come in?
