At BIT Charging, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your request must meet the following conditions:
• The item must have a genuine defect, damage, or significantly differ from what was described
• Your request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date
• You must provide supporting evidence (see below)
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email us at contact@shopbitcharge.com with the following:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos and/or a short video showing the problem We will review your submission within 24–48 hours.
We may follow up to request additional information or materials before making a final decision. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
What We Do Not Cover
• Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications
• Change-of-mind returns without a product defect
