By accessing and using the website shopbitcharge.com (“the Website”) and purchasing products from BIT Charging (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Products & Pricing
All product prices are displayed in Philippines Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are accurate at the time of publication, but errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to different screen displays.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• You are at least 18 years of age
• The delivery information you provide is accurate and complete
Payment Method
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Payment is collected in cash upon delivery of your order by our courier partner. No advance payment or online transaction is required. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders flagged as fraudulent, undeliverable, or in violation of these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product names, and design elements, is the property of BIT Charging and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
BIT Charging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
6. Product Quality
All BIT Charging products are quality-checked before dispatch. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, please refer to our Refund Policy for how to submit a claim within 7 days of delivery. For any quality concerns outside of the refund window, please contact us at contact@shopbitcharge.com and we will do our best to assist you on a case-by-case basis.
